1. Who we are

This website, dcinnovision.in, is operated by DC Innovision Private Limited ("DC Innovision", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62011TN2026PTC189822), with its registered office at 8/129, Muthamman Kovil Street, Attanur, Rasipuram, Namakkal - 636301, Tamil Nadu, India.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why, and how you can control it. It does not cover data handled inside products we build for clients or inside our own product platforms (such as our CRM or HRMS), which are governed by terms agreed separately with those users.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in these ways:

• Information you submit directly - through the contact form, the "Schedule a Call" form, and job application forms, we collect what you type into those forms (for example name, email, phone number, company, message content, and, for job applications, resume and work history details).
• Analytics information - we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referring site. This is aggregate usage data, not information you typed into a form.
• Cookies - Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use cookies for advertising or to build third-party profiles.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact or schedule-a-call forms.
• To review job applications submitted through the careers section.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site's content and structure.
• To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations where applicable.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep information

Contact and schedule-a-call submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for that purpose. Job application data is retained for the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period afterward in case the role is reopened, then deleted on request or periodically reviewed for deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own data-retention settings.

5. Your rights and how to request deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted to us by emailing info@dcinnovision.in with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm once the request has been actioned.

If you believe your personal data has been misused, you may also raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at the contact below.

6. Legal basis and applicable law

We process personal data in accordance with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 (and the rules made under it) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent they apply to a company based in Tamil Nadu, India processing the limited personal data described above.

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
